Yes. Teamwire fully complies with all GDPR requirements – technically, organisationally and contractually. All data is stored exclusively in Germany, is subject to European law and is processed in accordance with the principles of privacy by design, privacy by default, data minimisation and purpose limitation. There is no risk of access by the United States or other third countries.
All messages, media, user data and metadata are stored exclusively in German data centres. Teamwire does not use servers in the United States or other third countries – your data does not leave Germany.
No. Teamwire is a German company, operates its platform exclusively within the EU and is subject only to German and European jurisdiction. US laws such as the CLOUD Act or Patriot Act have no influence on Teamwire.
No. Teamwire does not analyse metadata, communication patterns, content or user behaviour. There is no tracking and no algorithms that create communication profiles.
Only as long as they are required for operational purposes or according to customer-specific specifications. As soon as data is no longer needed, it is automatically deleted – including media, messages and system information (depending on the customer’s policy).
Of course. All employees receive regular training in data protection, data security and confidentiality. Access rights are strictly limited and managed in an audit-proof manner.
